Thanks for the post on Talkr!  I just thought I'd mention -- "optimizing your Talkr podcast for iTunes" doesn't actually submit the podcast to iTunes.  It just adds iTunes-specific fields to your podcast feed.  To the best of my knowledge, there's no automated way to submit a feed to iTunes -- it has to be done manually.
